The DGE3000 Series includes the DGE3031 and DGE3061 models, providing maximum frequency outputs of 30 MHz and 60 MHz respectively. The generators feature 14-bit vertical resolution and frequency resolution down to 1 μHz, allowing precise signal configuration across a broad frequency range. Standard waveforms include sine, square, pulse, ramp, and noise, while the built-in arbitrary waveform library provides 160 waveform types. Arbitrary waveform lengths can range from 2 points to 100K points. The series supports a wide selection of modulation modes including AM, FM, PM, PWM, FSK, 3FSK, 4FSK, PSK, ASK, BPSK, OSK, DSB-AM, QPSK, SUM, Sweep, and Burst. SCPI support and USB Host/Device interfaces enable remote control, automation, and secondary development.
