The DGE1000 Series includes the DGE1030 and DGE1060 models, providing 35 MHz and 60 MHz maximum frequency outputs respectively. The generators feature 14-bit vertical resolution and frequency resolution as fine as 1 μHz or 7 significant figures. Five standard waveforms are supported: sine, square, pulse, ramp, and noise. The built-in arbitrary waveform library contains 150 waveform types, including exponential rise, exponential fall, sin(x)/x, and step waveforms, while user-defined arbitrary waveforms are also supported. Arbitrary waveform length ranges from 2 to 8K points. The series supports AM, FM, PM, FSK, Sweep, and Burst modulation, with internal modulation frequencies from 2 mHz to 100 kHz. USB Device connectivity and SCPI support make the instruments suitable for computer-controlled testing and automated measurement systems.
