Overview

The OWON XSA3000-R Series Real Time Spectrum Analyzer includes the XSA3036-R, XSA3060-R, XSA3080-R, XSA3140-R, and XSA3200-R models, covering spectrum analysis ranges from 9kHz to 3.6GHz, 6GHz, 8GHz, 14GHz, and 20GHz respectively. The series provides a minimum 1Hz resolution bandwidth, a displayed average noise level of -165dBm/Hz, and amplitude accuracy better than 0.7dB. Its 100MHz real-time analysis bandwidth and 6.25μs minimum signal duration for 100% response enable reliable capture and analysis of transient and intermittent signals. The first three models support VNA and cable/antenna testing up to 3.6GHz, 6GHz, and 8GHz respectively. VNA measurements include vector S11 and S21, with display modes such as return loss, insertion loss, phase, group delay, VSWR, Smith chart, and polar plot. The analyzer also supports advanced measurements including CHP, ACPR, OBW, CNR, harmonic, CCDF, SEM, and TOI, as well as AM, FM, and PM vector signal modulation analysis. An optional EMI measurement function provides built-in standard templates and custom templates. The instrument features a 10.4-inch multi-touch display, LAN, USB Device, USB Host, and web-browser-based remote control.
