Overview
The Owon LCR2000 Series LCR Meter provides precise and efficient measurement for electronic components and circuits. The series offers multiple test functions including Cs-Rs, Cs-D, Cp-Rp, Cp-D, Lp-Rp, Lp-Q, Ls-Rs, Ls-Q, G-B, R-X, Z-θr, Z-θd, and DCR. Depending on the model, test frequencies range from 10 Hz up to 300 kHz, with basic accuracy of up to 0.05% and measurement speeds of up to 40 measurements per second. The instrument also provides internal DC bias, multiple ranging modes, correction functions, memory storage, flexible triggering, and USB, RS-232C, and Handler interfaces for automated testing and system integration.
