Overview

The OIP3000 Series uses optical isolation to electrically separate the measured high-voltage signal from the oscilloscope while maintaining high-speed signal transmission. Five models are available with bandwidths from DC–150 MHz to DC–1 GHz and rise times as low as 0.35 ns. Depending on the probe model and selected attenuator, measurement ranges cover signals from low-voltage levels up to ±2500 V, while the isolation voltage reaches up to 60 kV. The probes provide 1% typical accuracy, low noise, and fast response immediately after power-on without requiring a warm-up period. The transmitter is battery powered with approximately 8 hours of operating time and 30 days of standby time, while the receiver can be powered through USB 5 V/2 A or an adapter. A range of optional attenuators allows users to configure the probe for different voltage levels and measurement requirements.
