Overview

The OD6000 Series provides high-voltage differential probing for oscilloscope-based measurements where direct connection to conventional oscilloscope inputs may be unsuitable. Depending on the model, the probes offer bandwidths from 50 MHz to 200 MHz and attenuation ratios ranging from 10X/100X to 1000X. Maximum differential measurement voltage ranges from ±70 V to ±7000 V DC + Peak AC, while common-mode voltage capability reaches up to ±7000 V on applicable models. The probes provide ±2% measurement accuracy, high input impedance, low input capacitance, and high CMRR to minimize loading and improve signal integrity. Built-in overload visual and audible alarms help alert users when measurement limits are exceeded. Automatic setting storage and adjustable offset functions improve convenience during repeated measurements, while USB 5 V/1 A power provides a simple power solution.
