Overview

The OD5000 Series provides active differential probing for high-voltage electronic and power measurement applications. The series includes six models with 50 MHz or 100 MHz bandwidth and attenuation ratios ranging from 50X/500X to 200X/2000X. Depending on the model and attenuation setting, maximum differential measurement voltage ranges from 130 V to 5600 V DC + Peak AC. The probes provide ±2% accuracy, ±1% linearity, high input impedance, low input capacitance, and CMRR of at least 80 dB at DC, 60 dB at 100 Hz, and 50 dB at 1 MHz. An over-range alarm helps protect the measurement process by providing a warning when the input exceeds the specified threshold. The probes are powered by a USB 5 V/1 A adapter and include long input and output cables for flexible connection to test equipment.
