Overview

The OC4000 Series includes the OC4022, OC4052, OC4024, and OC4054 models, offering 25 MHz and 50 MHz bandwidth configurations. Depending on the model, the probes support maximum measured current levels of 20 A or 40 A and maximum pulse currents of 30 A or 60 A for pulses up to 10 μs. Current conversion ratios of 100 mV/A and 50 mV/A provide convenient signal scaling for oscilloscope measurements. The series combines ±3% measurement accuracy, ±1% linearity, and noise of ≤1 mVrms, while a maximum 400 V DC + peak AC voltage-to-ground rating supports a variety of electrical testing applications.
