Overview

The Owon SDS3000 Series offers 100 MHz, 150 MHz, and 200 MHz bandwidth options with a 1 GSa/s real-time sampling rate and 20M maximum record length. The dual-channel oscilloscope supports Sample, Peak, and Average acquisition modes, along with Edge, Video, Pulse, and Slope triggering. Up to 30 automatic waveform measurements are available, including period, frequency, RMS, peak-to-peak, rise time, fall time, duty cycle, phase, pulse count, and area measurements. FFT waveform mathematics enables frequency-domain analysis, while cursor measurements and Lissajous display provide additional signal analysis capabilities. USB Host and Device connectivity enables PC communication and SCPI remote control. With USB Type-C power, a compact ultra-thin body, and a 7-inch TFT LCD display, the SDS3000 Series is suitable for both bench and portable measurement applications.
