Overview

The Owon SDS200 Series provides 100 MHz, 150 MHz, and 200 MHz bandwidth options with a maximum 1 GS/s real-time sampling rate on both channels and 20M record length. The oscilloscope supports Normal, Peak Detect, and Averaging acquisition modes, along with Edge and Video triggering. Up to 30 automatic waveform measurements are available, including period, frequency, RMS, peak-to-peak, rise time, fall time, duty cycle, phase, pulse count, and area measurements. FFT spectrum analysis and waveform mathematics provide additional signal analysis capabilities. SDS210S, SDS215S, and SDS220S models include an integrated 25 MHz signal generator with standard and arbitrary waveform generation. USB Host and Device interfaces enable PC communication, SCPI and LabVIEW support, remote instrument control, and secondary development.
