Overview

The Owon ADS4000A Series provides 125 MHz and 250 MHz bandwidth options with a maximum real-time sampling rate of 2.5 GSa/s and 100M record length. Its 12-bit hardware vertical resolution provides detailed waveform measurement, while a refresh rate of up to 500,000 wfms/s enables clear capture of rapidly changing signals. The oscilloscope supports comprehensive triggering and optional protocol decoding for RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and LIN. Advanced analysis functions include automatic measurements, waveform mathematics, FFT, measurement statistics, waveform cloning, and Bode plots on models equipped with the optional dual-channel 50 MHz AFG. The instrument also features Web Control, SCPI communication, LAN, USB, HDMI, optional Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, Type-C power support, floating ground measurement, and a 10.1-inch multi-touch display for flexible laboratory, engineering, and field applications.
