Overview

The Owon ADS3000A Series combines a high-performance digital oscilloscope with frequency counter, voltmeter, FFT spectrum analyzer, and protocol analyzer functions. Available models provide 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, and 500 MHz bandwidth options with up to 2.5 GSa/s real-time sampling and 100M record length. Its 12-bit vertical resolution, waveform refresh rate of up to 500,000 wfms/s, enhanced FFT, peak search, ZOOM functions, and up to 43 automatic measurements enable detailed signal analysis. Advanced triggering and hardware decoding support RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and LIN protocols. Models equipped with the optional dual-channel 50 MHz arbitrary waveform generator provide waveform generation, modulation, waveform cloning, and Bode plot capabilities. The 10.1-inch touchscreen, enhanced file management, external device support, LAN connectivity, Web Control, SCPI, and optional wireless module provide a flexible platform for professional measurement and system integration.
