Overview

The Owon ADS3000 Series Fourth-Generation Multifunction Digital Oscilloscope delivers advanced waveform capture and analysis with bandwidth options from 100 MHz to 500 MHz and a maximum real-time sampling rate of 2.5 GSa/s. With 100M storage depth and waveform refresh rates up to 500,000 wfms/s, it provides detailed capture of rapidly changing signals. The instrument features 8-bit vertical resolution, vertical sensitivity from 500 μV/div to 10 V/div, a time base range from 500 ps/div to 1000 s/div, and 1M-point FFT analysis with enhanced FFT and ZOOM functions. Advanced triggering supports Edge, Video, Pulse, Slope, Runt, Window, Timeout, Nth, Logic, RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and LIN. Optional dual-channel 50 MHz AFG models add waveform generation, modulation, waveform cloning, and Bode plot functions. The Android-based platform also provides enhanced file management, external mouse and keyboard support, optional wireless connectivity, multi-touch gestures, and customizable shortcuts for efficient laboratory and engineering workflows.
