The XDM6000 Series includes the XDM6061, XDM6061-H, and XDM6051 models. The XDM6061 and XDM6061-H provide true 6½-digit resolution with up to 2,200,000 counts, while the XDM6061-H extends the DC voltage measurement range to 3000 V and DC current range to 300 A. The instruments support DC and True RMS AC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, diode, continuity, and temperature measurements. Temperature measurement supports B, E, J, K, N, R, S, and T thermocouples, Pt100 and Pt385 RTDs, and 5 kΩ thermistors. Advanced mathematical functions include Min, Max, Average, Standard Deviation, dB, dBm, Limit testing, Histogram, Trend Chart, and Bar Chart. The data logger supports intervals from 1 ms to 3600 s with up to 2M internal measurement points. LAN, USB Host, USB Device, and RS-232 interfaces, together with SCPI commands, enable integration into automated test systems.
