Overview

The XDM1051 Series includes the XDM1051 and XDM1251 models. The instruments provide 5½-digit resolution with a maximum reading of 120,000 counts and basic DC voltage accuracy down to 0.05%. They support DC voltage, True RMS AC voltage, DC and True RMS AC current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, diode, continuity, and temperature measurements. Temperature measurements support K-type thermocouples and PT100 sensors. Additional functions include AC+Hz, Min, Max, Average, dB, dBm, and Relative measurements. The multimeter provides dual-display functionality, allowing two measurement results to be viewed simultaneously. A built-in data logger can store up to 1,000 measurement records, while USB Device or RS232 interfaces and SCPI commands enable PC communication and automated test-system integration.
