Overview
The XSA1000TG Series provides a complete RF testing solution by integrating a tracking generator directly into the analyzer. With up to 7.5 GHz frequency coverage and strong sensitivity (-160 dBm), it is suitable for RF design, filter testing, EMI pre-compliance, and signal analysis. Its pass/fail testing and multiple connectivity options make it ideal for both laboratory and production line applications.
