Overview
The XDS3000 Series combines high-resolution ADC technology (up to 14-bit) with deep memory and fast waveform refresh rates to deliver accurate and detailed signal analysis. Its multifunction integration includes a waveform generator, multimeter, and data logger, making it a complete testing solution. With optional WiFi, battery operation, and touch interface, it is ideal for both laboratory and field applications.
