Overview

The XDG2000 Series offers powerful signal generation with up to 100MHz output and a high 500MSa/s sample rate. With 14-bit resolution and up to 10M waveform memory depth, it enables highly accurate and detailed waveform creation. Advanced modulation functions and integrated frequency counter make it ideal for communication systems, embedded design, and automated testing environments.
